The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design of a new building of a detached apartment building in Nová Paka in the form of project documentation for construction. The buiding is designed brick with reinforced concrete ceilings. Perimeter walls on the 1st – 3rd floor is designed ceramic brick blocks th. 300 mm with contact thermal insulation system ETICS th. 200mm, which will be equipped with silicone plaster 1,5mm. Perimeter walls on the underground floor is designed permanent shuttering DITTON 30 th. 300mm, filled with concrete C20/25 XC1 and by steel B500B insulated with extruded polystyrene XPS th. 160mm. Internal load-bearing masonry wall is designed with acoustic ceramic brick blocks th. 250 mm. Partitions are designed from acoustic partition walls. On the ceilings is a hardwood flooring because of excellent acoustic characteristics. The roof is designed as a flat green roof with extensive vegetation and with thermal isolation of minera wool and with waterproofing layer made of bituminous modified SBS strips laid in two layers. Balcony railing is designed aluminous with safety glass paneling.

The theme of this thesis is the construction of residential building with a café in Brno on the street Foustkova. The building has one underground floor and four aboveground floors. On the first floor is a cafe area and two separate entrances to apartment blocks with flats. Second, third and fourth floors are designed as flats of different categories. The underground floor there are a garage, utility room and cellar storage boxes. Construction system the building's skeleton. The core made of masonry Porotherm. Ceiling structures and staircases are monolithic reinforced concrete. The building is covered flat and terraced roof.

The bachelor thesis deals with the description of the technological process in the execution of the gross overhead construction of a multifunctional apartment building in Otrokovice. These are the brickwork of load bearing and non-load-bearing vertical structures, the execution of reinforced concrete translations, columns, translations and ceilings. The content of the thesis is a technical report focusing on the given technological phase, solution of the transport routes, technological regulation for the given stage, technical report of the construction site including the situation, design of the machine assembly, safety of the solved technological phase, control and test plan, report statement, budget, schedule a comparison of the hydraulic manipulator and self-construction crane.
High standard detached house

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is a new building construction of an high-standard family house. This building is located in Brno-Žabovřesky. It is designated as an high-standard building not only for its usable area but also for its sports facilities with a swimming pool and a fully equipped gym. The family house is designed for a large family, a housekeeper included. The building has two floors above ground level with a partial basement. The building is brick with reinforced concrete ceilings and a flat green roof.

The subject of the following bachelor thesis is the design of a family house in Soběšice, which also includes a flower shop. The building has two floors and is divided into three basic units. The flower shop is located on the ground floor with direct access from the road. The social zone of the residential part of the building covers the remaining part of the ground floor, behind the flower shop, with direct access to the terrace. On the second floor all the individual rooms of residents are situated, with a shared bathroom and with a access to two vegetation roofs covering the whole building floor. From a structural point of view, the house is designed as a masonry building made of aerated concrete blocks insulated with expanded polystyrene 150 mm thick, with reinforced concrete ceilings and a shed roof above the second floor. The bachelor thesis is elaborated in the form of project documentation for construction realization.
Hotel

The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of a hotel with a wellness center in the cadastral area of Spišské Tomášovce. The building is atypical in shape and is made up of three floors. In front of the hotel there are parking spaces for guests and employees, from the back of the building there is a connection to the road for the purpose of supply. From the main entrance it can be entered either into the hotel lobby or directly into the restaurant. The operating part of the hotel is separated from the part used by hotel guests. The hotel’s wellness and fitness center is accessible from the hotel lobby, but also through an external entrance north of the main guest entrance. On the second floor there are double rooms and double rooms with extra beds. On the third floor there are double and quadruple apartments with kitchen. From the construction point of view, the house is designed as an object made of lime-sand blocks insulated with mineral wool 200 mm thick. It is also formed by reinforced concrete ceilings and a flat single-skin roof. The diploma thesis is processed in the form of project documentation for the construction.
Apartment building Pelhřimov

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the elaboration of the project in the documentation phase for the construction of a apartment building with almost zero energy consumption. It is an apartment building with three above-ground and one underground floor. The building is located in a sloping land to the west side in the cadastral area of Pelhřimov. In the apartment building there are a total of 12 residential units with a total capacity of 26 persons. The foundation structures consist of reinforced concrete foundation strips with underlying concrete. The perimeter walls in the basement are made of lost formwork, the internal walls of the basement and all walls above the ground are made of brick blocks. The ceiling structures and balcony slabs are reinforced concrete. The roofing of the building consists of a single-skin flat roof. The apartments on the first floor on the west side have front gardens, the other apartments have balconies. The building is insulated with a certified insulation system (ETICS).
Apartment building in Vracov town

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for a new residential building in Vracov. The building is designed as a three-storey fully basemented building. In the underground floor there is a common room, a whirlpool and a cellar. On the above-ground floors there are apartments for permanent living. 6 residential units have been designed. The above-ground apartments have loggias. The building has a flat roof with a duck. The structural system of the building is mainly made of wood cement fittings filled with static concrete. The building is insulated with ETICS system above the first floor. The building has an elevator shaft. Horizontal load-bearing structures are designed reinforced concrete floor slabs. The whole building is based on foundation strips. The facade is made of white paint and imitation wood. The bachelor thesis contains the project documentation for the implementation of the construction.
Apartment building in Bučovice

In the town of Bučovice, on plot number 1282/100 in the cadastral area of Bučovice, a new apartment building has been designed. The construction is located on a nearly flat plot. The land-use plan designates the area as residential space for apartment buildings. The building consists of one underground floor and three above-ground floors. There are six residential units planned in the building. The entrance to the building is located on the northeast side and is designed with barrier-free access. The first underground floor houses cellar storage rooms, technical facilities for the apartment building, and three separate garage spaces. On the first above-ground floor, right after the entrance, there is a shared stroller and bicycle storage room. Additionally, there are two 1-room-kitchen (1KK) apartments on this floor. On the second above-ground floor, there are two 2-room-kitchen (2KK) units, and on the third above-ground floor, there are again two 1KK units. The foundation structures are constructed using a system of plain concrete strip foundations. The perimeter walls of the above-ground floors are built with ceramic blocks and insulated with an ETICS (Exterior Thermal Insulation Composite System) contact system with a thickness of 200mm. The staircase and intermediate landings are prefabricated, and the ceiling structures are monolithic reinforced concrete. The building is roofed with a flat green roof.
